为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于国际传播工作的重要指示精神，9月27日，四川国际传播中心与四川大学新闻传播与出版学院在四川大学江安校区签署合作协议，共建后备人才培养基地和国际传播实践实习基地，进一步深化双方在国际传播领域的合作。

To thoroughly implement key directives on international communication, the Sichuan International Communication Center (SICC) and the College of Journalism, Communication and Publishing of Sichuan University signed a cooperation agreement on September 27 at the university's Jiang'an Campus. The two parties will jointly establish a reserve talent training base and an international communication practice and internship base, further deepening their collaboration in the field of international communication.

此次合作恰逢四川大学建校130周年、新闻学科办学45周年。四川大学于1979年设立新闻学专业，是我国改革开放后首批获批成立的三个新闻学专业点之一。学院是全国仅有的同时进入首批与地方党委宣传部共建新闻学院、出版学院的新闻传播学科，是全国领先的新闻传播人才培养和科学研究的基地。

This partnership coincides with the 130th anniversary of Sichuan University and the 45th anniversary of its journalism program. Established in 1979, the university's journalism program was one the first three programs approved following the inauguration of China's reform and opening-up policy. The college holds the sole journalism and communication discipline in the country selected for both the first batch of journalism colleges and publishing colleges co-established with the publicity departments of local CPC committees. Meanwhile, it stands as a leading national hub for journalism talent cultivation and scientific research.

四川国际传播中心是由四川日报报业集团运营的国际传播专业机构，以智库赋能搭建“纵目云”国际传播智能技术平台，建成3个国际传播网站、2份国际传播期刊、近300个海外社交平台账号，构建起立体覆盖的传播矩阵。中心长期致力于国际传播能力建设，可为高校学生提供节目拍摄制作、翻译、新媒体运营等一线实践岗位，并为合作研究提供丰富的项目场景与海外渠道资源。

Operated by Sichuan Daily Press Group, the SICC has built the "Vertical-Eyed Cloud" intelligent technology platform for international communication, empowered by think tank resources. With three international communication websites, two international communication journals, and nearly 300 overseas social media accounts, the SICC has formed a comprehensive multi-dimensional communication matrix. Long committed to building international communication capacity, the SICC offers university students frontline practical opportunities in program production, translation, and new media operations, while also providing rich project scenarios and overseas channel resources for collaborative research.

根据协议，双方将互设“四川国际传播中心后备人才培养基地”和“四川大学新闻传播与出版学院国际传播实践实习基地”，围绕跨文化传播开展学术交流、资源共享和人才培养，依托四川国际传播中心的国际传播项目与实践平台，推动高校教学与媒体一线实践相衔接。

Under the agreement, the two parties will mutually establish the "Sichuan International Communication Center Reserve Talent Training Base" and the "International Communication Practice and Internship Base of the College of Journalism, Communication and Publishing of Sichuan University." The bases are designed for academic exchanges, resource sharing, and talent cultivation focused on cross-cultural communication. Leveraging the SICC's international communication projects and practice platforms, the partnership aims to bridge university education with frontline media practice.

在科研合作方面，双方将围绕媒体深度融合、国际传播和跨文化交流等领域开展研究，推动智库成果转化。在项目合作方面，双方将发挥各自资源优势，共同拓展四川故事与中华文明的海外传播渠道。学院将积极推荐海外合作院校资源，协助中心建设海外传播平台；双方还将共同申请资金、寻求投资，培育具有传播力和影响力的跨文化传播品牌产品，推动研究成果与传播项目相结合。

In terms of scientific research cooperation, both parties will conduct studies on deep media integration, international communication, and cross-cultural exchange to promote the transformation of think tank achievements. During project collaboration, they will leverage their respective resources to jointly expand overseas channels for disseminating Sichuan stories and Chinese civilization. The college will actively recommend partner institutions abroad to assist the SICC in building overseas communication platforms. Furthermore, both parties will jointly pursue funding applications and investment opportunities to cultivate influential cross-cultural communication brands, facilitating the integration of research outcomes with communication projects.

当前，新闻出版行业正在加快转型，国家对国际传播能力和高水平文化人才提出了新的要求。此次合作是高校学术研究与媒体国际传播实践的深度融合。双方将立足各自资源与专业优势，面向国际传播行业发展需求，在人才培养、科学研究、文化传播与社会服务等方面深化协作，拓展校媒协同育人的广度与深度，共同探索国际传播人才培养的新路径，为四川乃至全国国际传播事业发展培养、储备和输送更多专业人才。

Against the backdrop of the ongoing transformation of the press and publishing industry, the country has set new requirements for international communication capacity and the development of high-caliber cultural professionals. This partnership represents a deep integration of academic research and media practice in international communication. Drawing upon their respective resources and professional strengths, both parties will address the development needs of the international communication sector by deepening collaboration in talent cultivation, scientific research, cultural dissemination, and social services. They aim to broaden and deepen university-media collaborative education, and jointly explore new pathways for training international communication professionals. This partnership will give birth to more specialized talent, thereby contributing to the development of international communication in Sichuan and across the country.
